Located in Corpus Christi, Texas, our firm’s history dates to 1954 when brothers Alfred and Toufic Nicolas formed the law firm Nicolas & Nicolas and committed themselves to providing quality legal representation to South Texas.
In 1968, Pat Morris joined the firm which became known as Nicolas & Morris. Mr. Morris retired in 2001 after a distinguished legal career as a general civil attorney with special emphasis on litigation and family law matters.
In 1983 and 1985, Mark Gilbreath and Robert Morris joined the firm. In 1984, the firm started representing a local title company and began a more significant emphasis on real estate law. Bradley Smith joined the firm soon thereafter in 1991. In 1997, the firm adopted its current name.
The firm has evolved over the last 50 years into one that continues to deliver quality legal representation but with an emphasis on real estate, business and wills and probate. By directing our attention to these specific areas, we are able to provide the client with superior, cost-effective representation.
